Classic Juicy Meatloaf (Family-Favorite) π½οΈ
This classic homemade meatloaf is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sweet and tangy glaze on top caramelizes in the oven and makes it irresistible.

For the meatloaf
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Β½ cup milk
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
For the glaze

2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
Mix gently until everything is just combined (donβt overmix or the meatloaf becomes dense).
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 40 minutes, then remove from oven and spread the remaining glaze on top.
Return to the oven and bake another 15β20 minutes, until fully cooked.
Let it rest 5β10 minutes before slicing.
