π Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup corn (optional but tasty)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 2β3 minutes until soft.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the Sloppy Joe sauce and corn. Let it simmer for 3β5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Cut the biscuit dough into pieces and place them over the casserole.
Bake for 18β22 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
