Ingredients
3 large carrots
1 small piece fresh ginger (about 1–2 cm)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 orange (optional for sweetness)
1 cup cold water
½ teaspoon turmeric (optional)
Instructions
Wash and peel the carrots and ginger.
Cut them into small pieces.
Add carrots, ginger, orange, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a smoother juice.
