3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef (Super Easy & Tender)
This is one of those dump-and-go slow cooker meals. The beef becomes super tender and the sauce turns into a rich gravy thatβs perfect over rice, mashed potatoes, or bread.

1β1.5 kg raw beef, cut into cubes (stew meat or chuck works best)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (about 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
Β½ cup water

Add the beef
Place the raw cubed beef directly into the slow cooker.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water.
Pour over the beef
Pour the mixture over the meat and stir slightly to coat.
Slow cook
Cook on LOW for 6β8 hours
Or HIGH for 3β4 hours
Serve
Stir before serving. The sauce will become a thick savory gravy.
