🫐 Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters
These frozen yogurt clusters are creamy, fruity, and slightly crunchy when coated in chocolate. They’re a super easy snack or dessert you can keep in the freezer and grab anytime.
🥣 Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup fresh blueberries
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, helps chocolate melt smoothly)
👩🍳 Instructions
Mix the filling
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey/maple syrup. Stir gently so the blueberries stay mostly whole.
Form clusters
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop small spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet to form little clusters.
Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours until the clusters are completely firm.
Melt the chocolate
Microwave the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Dip the clusters
Take the frozen clusters out of the freezer and dip or drizzle them with melted chocolate.
Freeze again
Put them back in the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
❄️ Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
They stay good for up to 2 weeks.
⭐ Tips
Add granola or chopped nuts for crunch.
Use strawberries or raspberries instead of blueberries.
