3-Ingredient Breakfast Pancakes 🥞
This super simple breakfast is healthy, filling, and takes only a few minutes to make. Perfect for every morning!
🥄 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oats (or flour)
👩🍳 Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add the eggs and whisk together.
Stir in the oats (or flour) and mix well.
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
Pour small portions of batter to form pancakes.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
