Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 150–160°C (300–320°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs into two bowls (yolks in one, whites in another).
Mix yolks + cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg-yolk mixture into the egg whites. Do not overmix.
Spoon the batter into small round mounds on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
