🥞 Fluffy Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon melted butter (or oil)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined (don’t overmix; small lumps are okay).
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip.
Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
