🧾 Ingredients

    In another bowl, combine: oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, and blue food coloring
  4. Combine
    Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
    Stir until smooth (don’t overmix)
  5. Bake
    Divide batter into pans
    Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
    Let cakes cool completely

    Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth
    Add vanilla
    Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fluffy
