🥚 Air Fryer Poached Eggs
đź§ľ Ingredients:
2 eggs
2–4 tbsp water
Pinch of salt (optional)
Pinch of pepper (optional)
Butter or oil (for greasing)
🔪 Instructions:
Preheat air fryer
Set your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 2–3 minutes.
Prepare ramekins
Lightly grease small ramekins or heat-safe bowls.
Add water
Pour 1–2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
Crack the eggs
Crack one egg into each ramekin (on top of the water).
Air fry
Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for:
5–6 minutes → runny yolk
6–8 minutes → firmer yolk
Season & serve
Carefully remove, season with salt & pepper, and serve immediately.

Cover ramekins loosely with foil if the tops cook too fast
Add a splash of vinegar to the water for a more “poached” texture
Great on toast, avocado, or salads 🥑🍞
