🧾 Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 small onion (finely grated or blended)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
3–4 tablespoons honey (raw if possible)

Prepare ingredients
Grate the ginger and onion.
Crush or finely mince the garlic.
Mix everything
In a clean bowl, combine ginger, onion, and garlic.
Add lemon juice and honey.
Stir well
Mix until you get a thick, slightly syrupy paste.
Rest the mixture
Cover and let it sit for 2–3 hours (or overnight in the fridge) so the ingredients blend well.
Store
Keep in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5–7 days.
