🐔 Ingredients
2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry seasoning)
1 block (200–250 g) cream cheese
½ cup chicken broth or water
Optional: ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
🍲 Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
Add liquid (chicken broth or water) to keep it moist.
Put the cream cheese on top (leave it whole or cut into chunks).
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
Stir everything together until the cream cheese turns into a smooth, creamy sauce.
(Optional) Mix in parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
