Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
2 cups beef broth
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium potatoes, diced (or you can use carrots instead)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown the beef (optional but better):
In a pan, cook the ground beef for 4–5 minutes until slightly browned. Drain excess fat.
Add to slow cooker:
Place the beef in the slow cooker.
Add ingredients:
Pour in the beef broth, then add chopped onion, garlic, and potatoes.
Season:
Add salt and pepper (you can also add paprika or herbs if you like).
Cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Serve:
Stir and taste before serving. Great with bread or rice!
💡 Tip:
You can thicken the broth at the end by mixing 1 tablespoon flour with a little water and stirring it in for the last 20 minutes.
