🛒 Ingredients
6–8 sausages (beef, chicken, or turkey)
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian herbs)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Brown the sausages (optional but recommended)
Sear them in a pan for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned. This adds extra flavor.
Layer in slow cooker
Add sliced onions and garlic at the bottom
Place sausages on top
Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix:
Beef broth
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Mustard + herbs
Pour over everything.
Cook
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Thicken the gravy (optional)
Mix cornstarch + water, stir into the slow cooker, cook another 10–15 minutes until thick.
Serve
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
