🥔 Hearty 3-Ingredient Potato & Onion Skillet
Ingredients:
4–5 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
2–3 tablespoons butter (or oil)
Instructions:
Heat the pan
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the onions
Add the sliced onion and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
Add potatoes
Add the sliced potatoes to the pan. Stir to coat them in the butter and onions.
Cover and cook
Cover the skillet and cook on low-medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
Crisp them up
Remove the lid, increase heat slightly, and let the potatoes crisp up for 5–10 minutes.
Optional (if you have it):
Salt & pepper
A little garlic or paprika for extra flavor
