🧾 Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons melted butter
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix the flour and heavy cream until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead 4–5 times (don’t overwork it).
Roll or pat the dough to about 2 cm (¾ inch) thick.
Cut into biscuits using a glass or cutter.
Place on a baking tray and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden on top.
🍽️ Tips:
Serve warm with honey, jam, or butter 🌿
You can add a pinch of salt if your flour isn’t very seasoned
