π§ Creamy Cheesy Beef Shell Pasta
π Ingredients:
300 g shell pasta (like pasta shells)
300β400 g ground beef (or small steak pieces)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup beef broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Β½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (chopped)

Cook the pasta
Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant.
Pour in beef broth + cream, stir well.
Add cheese
Lower heat and mix in mozzarella + Parmesan.
Stir until melted and creamy.
Combine everything
Add cooked pasta and beef back into the pan.
Toss until everything is coated in sauce.
Finish
Sprinkle chili flakes and fresh parsley.
Let it simmer 2β3 minutes until thick and glossy.
