☕ Clove Tea (Natural Remedy Drink)
🧾 Ingredients:
1 cup of water
4–6 whole cloves
(Optional) 1 small piece of ginger
(Optional) 1 teaspoon honey
(Optional) a slice of lemon
👩🍳 Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the cloves (and ginger if using).
Let it boil for 5–10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 2–3 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if you like.
🌿 How to use:
Drink warm, once or twice a day.
You can also chew 1–2 cloves for fresh breath (like in the image).
