🍯 Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs
🛒 Ingredients:
1–1.5 kg pork ribs
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
🍯 Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
🔥 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ribs
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
    Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
    Wrap tightly in foil and place on a baking tray
  2. Bake
    Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until ribs are tender
  3. Make the sauce
    In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar
    Bring to a simmer over medium heat
    Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thick and glossy
  4. Glaze the ribs
    Remove ribs from oven and unwrap
    Brush generously with the honey garlic sauce
  5. Caramelize
    Return ribs to oven (uncovered) at 200°C (400°F)
    Bake for 10–15 minutes, brushing with more sauce halfway
    Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra stickiness
    🍽️ Tips:
    Let ribs rest 5 minutes before cutting
    Serve with fries, rice, or a fresh salad
    Add chili flakes if you like a spicy kick 🔥
