π« Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients:
1β2 inches fresh ginger root
2β3 cups water
Optional: lemon slice, honey, or mint
Instructions:
Wash and peel the ginger.
Slice or grate it into small pieces.
Bring 2β3 cups of water to a boil.
Add the ginger and simmer for 10β15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 5β10 minutes.
Strain into a cup or bottle.
Add lemon or a little honey if you like.
How to drink it:
You can drink it warm or chilled
1β2 cups a day is enough for most people
