📝 Ingredients:
3–4 large green bell peppers (cut into thick rings, seeds removed)
500 g ground beef (or minced meat)
1 cup cooked rice
1 can (400 g) tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Prep the peppers:
Wash and slice the green peppers into thick rings. Remove seeds.
Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the rings:
Fill each pepper ring with the meat mixture.
Layer in slow cooker:
Pour a little tomato sauce on the bottom. Place stuffed rings inside, then pour remaining sauce over them.
Cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Finish:
Sprinkle cheese on top in the last 15 minutes if you like.

You can swap beef with chicken or turkey.
Add chopped onions or herbs for extra flavor.
