πΏ Turmeric Ginger Immunity Drink
π Ingredients
1 cup hot water
Β½ tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
Β½ tsp grated fresh ginger
Β½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)

Heat the water until hot (not boiling if possible).
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
Stir well and let it steep for 5β7 minutes.
Strain if using fresh ginger/turmeric (optional).
Add lemon juice.
Let it cool slightly, then stir in raw honey.

Drink it in the morning or before bed.
Add a pinch of black pepper (optional) to help your body absorb turmeric better.
You can drink it daily, but keep it moderate (1β2 cups/day).
