1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 zucchini (grated & squeezed dry)
1 carrot (grated)
Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro)

Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
In a bowl, whisk eggs + yogurt until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, and baking powder.
Mix in grated zucchini and carrot.
