π Slow Cooker Tender Chicken
π Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 packet onion soup mix (or 1 tbsp onion powder + seasoning)
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste

Prep the slow cooker
Place chicken in the bottom.
Add flavor
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the chicken. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour liquid
Add chicken broth around (not directly washing off seasoning). Add butter on top.
Cook low & slow
LOW: 6β8 hours (best for super tender chicken)
HIGH: 3β4 hours
Shred or serve whole
Once done, shred with forks or serve as whole pieces with the juices spooned over.
