Flourless Savory Egg Bake
Ingredients (4–6 servings):
6 large eggs
1 cup milk (or unsweetened almond milk for lower carbs)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini—whatever you like)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: cooked bacon or sausage, herbs (like parsley, chives, or thyme)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish (8×8 inch works well) with butter or cooking spray.
Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and any herbs you like.
Stir in cheese and chopped vegetables (and cooked meat if using). Mix until evenly combined.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Smooth the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve. Can be enjoyed warm or cold.
