Ingredients
500 g ground sausage (beef or chicken works too)
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar is perfect, but you can mix cheeses)
1 ½ cups baking mix (like Bisquick or homemade equivalent)
¼ cup milk (optional, for softer texture)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix everything together
In a large bowl, combine sausage, shredded cheese, baking mix, and seasonings.
Add milk if the mixture feels too dry.
Form balls
Roll into small bite-sized balls (about 2–3 cm wide).
Bake
Place on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm
These disappear FAST, so you might want to double the batch 😄
Tips
Swap cheeses: cheddar, mozzarella, or even spicy cheese all work.
Add a little chili flakes for a kick.
