🛒 Ingredients
2 eggs
100 g sugar (about ½ cup)
1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
120 ml milk (½ cup)
80 ml vegetable oil (⅓ cup)
180 g flour (about 1½ cups)
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
⚡ Instructions (Ready in ~15 minutes!)
Mix eggs & sugar
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and slightly fluffy.
Add liquids
Pour in milk and oil, mix well.
Add dry ingredients
Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth (don’t overmix).
Cook quickly (2 options):
Option 1 – Pan (Stovetop):
Grease a non-stick pan.
Pour batter, cover with lid.
Cook on very low heat for 10–12 minutes.
Flip carefully and cook 2–3 more minutes.
Option 2 – Microwave:
Pour into a microwave-safe dish.
Cook on high for 5–7 minutes (depends on microwave).
