🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
🧾 Ingredients
Base layer:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
Chocolate topping:
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp peanut butter
👩🍳 Instructions
Make the base
In a bowl, mix peanut butter + melted butter until smooth
Add powdered sugar and crushed crackers
Stir until it forms a thick dough
Press into pan
Press mixture evenly into a lined or greased square pan
Melt the topping
Melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp peanut butter (microwave in short bursts, stirring)
Spread & chill
Pour chocolate over the base and spread evenly
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm
Slice & enjoy
Cut into squares and serve
