🍗 Creamy Baked Chicken (Potluck Favorite)
🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: chopped parsley or paprika for topping
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix:
sour cream
cream of chicken soup
mayonnaise
garlic powder
onion powder
salt & pepper
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and bubbly.
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
