☁️ Zero-Carb Cloud Bread
🧾 Ingredients (3 simple items)
3 eggs (separated)
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional, helps fluffiness)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate eggs – whites in one bowl, yolks in another.
Mix yolks + cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Beat egg whites + cream of tartar until stiff peaks form (very fluffy).
Fold gently the yolk mixture into the egg whites (don’t overmix!).
Spoon into rounds on the tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Let cool slightly—they firm up as they sit.
💡 Tips
Add a pinch of salt or garlic powder for savory flavor
Add a little sweetener + vanilla for a dessert version
Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 1–2 days
