🧾 Ingredients (6 total)
2–3 chicken breasts (or thighs)
4–5 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
1/2 cup milk
Salt & black pepper (counted as one)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Layer potatoes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper.
Place chicken on top of the potatoes. Season again.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup + milk until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly over everything.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
