🌿 Parsley Detox Drink Recipe
🥄 Ingredients
1 bunch fresh parsley (washed well)
1 lemon (sliced)
1 liter water
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey (for taste)
👩🍳 Instructions
Chop the parsley roughly.
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the parsley and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain the liquid into a jar or bottle.
Add fresh lemon juice (or slices).
Add honey if you like a sweeter taste.
🥤 How to Use
Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach
You can also drink another cup in the evening
Use for 3–5 days, then take a break
