🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: fresh parsley (for garnish)

Season the chicken
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Sear to perfection
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the magic sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and cream, stirring well.
Add the flavor bomb
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer until slightly thickened (3–5 minutes).
