🍗 Slow Cooker “One-Mixture” Chicken Thighs
🧂 Ingredients
6–8 bone-in or boneless chicken thighs (skin on or off)
For the drizzle mixture:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
½ tsp black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
Prep the chicken
Place raw chicken thighs directly into your slow cooker (no need to pre-cook).
Make the mixture
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ketchup, olive oil, oregano, and pepper.
Pour & coat
Drizzle the mixture evenly over the chicken. Flip pieces if needed to coat well.
Cook low & slow
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Optional thick sauce (recommended!)
Remove chicken
Pour sauce into a pan, simmer 5–10 min until thickened
Pour back over chicken
