🥘 Slow Cooker 6-Ingredient Beef & Macaroni
🧾 Ingredients (6 total)
500 g ground beef
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups beef broth
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
(Optional: salt & pepper to taste — doesn’t count toward the 6!)
👩🍳 Instructions
Brown the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Load the slow cooker
Add the cooked beef, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and garlic powder to the slow cooker. Stir well.
Cook low & slow
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
Add the macaroni
Stir in the uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, until pasta is tender.
Make it cheesy
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve & enjoy
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot!
💡 Tips
For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or Italian seasoning.
Want it creamier? Stir in a splash of milk at the end.
You can swap cheddar for mozzarella or a mix of cheeses.
