🛒 Ingredients
For the filling:
2 cups cooked shredded beef (or brisket / roast beef)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2–3 tbsp barbecue sauce (optional, for flavor)
1 tbsp butter
For the biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold butter (cubed)
3/4 cup milk
Topping:
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

  1. Make the biscuit dough
    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
    In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
    Add milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Shape & fill
    Roll out dough (about 2–3 cm thick).
    Cut into circles or squares.
    Split each piece in half (like a sandwich).
    Add shredded beef + a little cheese inside.
    Close with the top half.
  3. Bake
    Place on a baking tray.
    Brush tops with melted butter.
    Sprinkle extra cheese and parsley on top.
    Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
    🔥 Optional extra flavor
    Mix garlic into the butter for a garlic-cheese top
    Add caramelized onions inside
    Use spicy sauce for a kick
