✅ Ingredients (3 items)
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar (optional, helps fluffiness)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate eggs
Put egg whites in one bowl
Put yolks in another
Whip egg whites
Add cream of tartar
Beat until stiff peaks form (very fluffy and holds shape)
Mix yolks + cream cheese
Stir until smooth and creamy
Combine gently
Fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture
Don’t overmix (keep it airy)
Shape
Spoon into small rounds on the tray
Bake
20–25 minutes until golden
