🥔 Ingredients:
3–4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
2 chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
🔥 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook until lightly golden (not fully cooked through).
Sauté aromatics:
Add butter, onion, and garlic to the pan.
Cook until soft and fragrant.
Make the creamy sauce:
Pour in cream + milk.
Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Layer the bake:
In a baking dish:
Layer half the potatoes
Add chicken mixture
Add remaining potatoes
Pour the creamy sauce evenly on top.

Bake for 40–50 minutes until:
Potatoes are tender
Top is golden and bubbly
