🍗 Crockpot Chicken Tenderloin Dinner (5 Ingredients)
🛒 Ingredients
1 kg frozen chicken tenderloins
1 can (400–450 g) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 packet onion soup mix
3–4 potatoes, peeled & chopped
2 carrots, sliced
(Optional) 2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
👩🍳 Instructions
Add chicken
Place the frozen chicken tenderloins at the bottom of your crockpot.
Add veggies
Toss in chopped potatoes and carrots around/over the chicken.
Mix sauce
In a bowl, mix:
cream soup
onion soup mix
garlic (if using)
Pour & spread
Pour the mixture evenly over everything.
Cook
LOW: 6–8 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Finish & serve
Stir gently before serving. The chicken will be tender and the sauce thick and creamy.
