🥩 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade: garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, parsley, salt)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked turkey bacon or beef bacon (crumbled)
½ cup chicken broth
2–3 green onions (chopped)
🍳 Instructions
- Cook the chicken
Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker (or a pot on low heat).
Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Add creamy base
Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth on top. - Cook
Slow cooker: Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Stovetop: Simmer covered on low until chicken is tender (about 25–30 min) - Shred
Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks. - Add toppings
Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until melted and creamy. - Finish
