🥩 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade: garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, parsley, salt)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked turkey bacon or beef bacon (crumbled)
½ cup chicken broth
2–3 green onions (chopped)
🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken
    Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker (or a pot on low heat).
    Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Add creamy base
    Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth on top.
  3. Cook
    Slow cooker: Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
    Stovetop: Simmer covered on low until chicken is tender (about 25–30 min)
  4. Shred
    Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks.
  5. Add toppings
    Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until melted and creamy.
