π Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp tomato paste (or 1 fresh tomato, grated)
Β½ cup water
4β6 large tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Optional toppings:
Lettuce (shredded)
Tomatoes (diced)
Cucumber
Sour cream or yogurt
Hot sauce or chili flakes

Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft (2β3 minutes).
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Brown the meat
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
Season it
Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Simmer
Pour in water and let it cook for 5β7 minutes until slightly saucy.
Assemble wraps
Warm tortillas slightly.
Add beef mixture, sprinkle cheese, and add your favorite toppings.
Wrap & serve
Fold like a burrito or roll it up.
Optional: toast in a pan for 1β2 minutes per side for a crispy finish.
