🥘 Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken
🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
½ cup chicken broth (or water)
Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
Add chicken to slow cooker
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
Season & add creaminess
Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken. Add cream cheese on top and pour in the chicken broth.
Cook low & slow
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours
Or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Shred the chicken
Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker using two forks.
Mix it all together
Stir until the cream cheese melts and everything becomes rich and creamy.
Add cheese & bacon
Mix in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon. Let it melt for a few minutes.
Serve
Top with green onions if you like.
