🌿 Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon & Honey Drink
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
½ tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
½ tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
1 tsp raw honey (adjust to taste)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Heat the water until hot (not boiling if you want to keep honey’s benefits).
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to a cup.
Pour in the hot water and stir well.
Let it sit for 2–3 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Stir in raw honey last.
Mix well and enjoy warm.

Drink it in the morning for a refreshing boost.
