π 3-Ingredient BBQ Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 bag (about 900gβ1kg) frozen meatballs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup grape jelly
Instructions:
Add everything to a pot or slow cooker
Pour the frozen meatballs in, then add BBQ sauce and grape jelly.
Cook until hot and coated
Slow cooker: Low for 4β5 hours or High for 2β3 hours
Stovetop: Simmer on medium-low for about 20β30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve warm
Perfect as an appetizer with toothpicks
Or over rice for a meal
