🍎 Cinnamon Roll Apple Lasagna
🧾 Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
3 cups apple pie filling (chopped into smaller pieces if needed)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (like whipped cream)
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup sugar
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep the base
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Open cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
Press half of the pieces into a greased baking dish to form the bottom layer. - Make apple layer
In a bowl, mix:
Apple pie filling
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Vanilla
Spread evenly over the cinnamon roll layer. - Add second layer
Place remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top of the apples. - Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. - Cream topping
Mix softened cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping. - Finish
Spread cream mixture over slightly cooled dessert.
Drizzle the included cinnamon roll icing on top.

Chill for 1 hour for a “lasagna-style” slice
Or serve warm for a gooey dessert

Add chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) for crunch
Caramel drizzle makes it even better
