🧾 Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
3 cups apple pie filling (chopped into smaller pieces if needed)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (like whipped cream)
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup sugar

  1. Prep the base
    Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
    Open cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
    Press half of the pieces into a greased baking dish to form the bottom layer.
  2. Make apple layer
    In a bowl, mix:
    Apple pie filling
    Cinnamon
    Nutmeg
    Vanilla
    Spread evenly over the cinnamon roll layer.
  3. Add second layer
    Place remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top of the apples.
  4. Bake
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Cream topping
    Mix softened cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
    Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Finish
    Spread cream mixture over slightly cooled dessert.
    Drizzle the included cinnamon roll icing on top.

    Chill for 1 hour for a “lasagna-style” slice
    Or serve warm for a gooey dessert
