🥩 Grandma’s Ultra-Tender 4-Ingredient Beef
🛒 Ingredients:
1 kg beef chuck roast (or any tough cut—it becomes tender!)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth (or water)
2–3 tablespoons soy sauce
👩🍳 Instructions:
Place the beef
Put the beef roast into a slow cooker (or a heavy pot if cooking on the stove).
Add flavor
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Pour liquids
Add the beef broth and soy sauce around the roast.
Cook low & slow
Slow cooker: 8 hours on LOW (best result)
Or 4–5 hours on HIGH
Stove: Simmer gently for about 2.5–3 hours, covered
Shred or slice
Once done, the beef should fall apart easily with a fork.
