π₯ Fast Baked Potatoes (Oven Method)

About 35β45 minutes (faster than traditional baking)
π§Ύ Ingredients:
2β4 medium potatoes (Russet works best)
1β2 tbsp olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Optional: pepper, garlic powder, butter, cheese, sour cream

Preheat oven
Set your oven to 220Β°C (425Β°F).
Prep potatoes
Wash and scrub them clean
Pat dry
Pierce each potato 4β5 times with a fork
Season
Rub each potato with olive oil
Sprinkle salt all over the skin

Microwave the potatoes for 5β7 minutes first (this cuts baking time in half!)
Bake
Place directly on oven rack or tray
Bake for 20β30 minutes until skin is crispy
Check doneness
Insert a knife or fork β it should slide in easily
