Cloud Cake Recipe

☁️ Cloud Cake Recipe
🧾 Ingredients (3–4 ingredients)
3 large eggs (separated)
120 g cream cheese (softened)
120 g white chocolate (or ½ cup sugar if no chocolate)
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set to 160°C (320°F).
Prepare a small cake pan (line with parchment paper).
Melt chocolate & mix
Melt the white chocolate (microwave or double boiler).
Mix it with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add egg yolks
Add the egg yolks to the mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla if using.
Whip egg whites
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form (very important for the “cloud” texture).
Fold gently
Slowly fold the egg whites into the batter in 2–3 parts.
Do NOT overmix—keep it light and airy.
Bake (water bath)
Pour into the pan.
Place the pan inside a larger pan with hot water (water bath).
Bake for 30–40 minutes.
Cool slowly
Turn off oven and leave cake inside for 10–15 minutes.
Then remove and let cool completely.
✨ Tips
Don’t skip whipping the egg whites properly—that’s what makes it fluffy like a cloud
Use a water bath to prevent cracking
Chill it for a cheesecake-like texture, or eat warm for a soufflé feel
🍰 Result
A super soft, jiggly, airy cake that almost melts when you eat it—like a sweet cloud!
