📝 Ingredients:
2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for texture)
Extra shredded coconut (for rolling)

Mix the base
In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers (if using).
Add wet ingredients
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined and sticky.
Chill the mixture
Cover and refrigerate for about 30–45 minutes so it firms up and is easier to handle.
Shape into balls
Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
Coat with coconut
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat evenly.
Final chill
