🍗 Creamy Garlic Chicken with Incredible Sauce
🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: spinach or mushrooms
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Season the chicken
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add liquids
Pour in chicken broth and cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
Make it creamy & rich
Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Stir until melted and smooth.
Combine everything
Return chicken to the pan. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer 3–5 minutes.
Optional add-ins
Toss in spinach or mushrooms and cook until tender.

Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes (perfect for soaking up that sauce!)

Add chili flakes if you want a little heat
